All users must confirm they are at least 18 years old to create an account.

Users can report profiles that appear fake, underage, or suspicious.
3. Prohibited Content and Behaviors
Alchemy prohibits:

Sharing of explicit or sexual content.

4. Reporting and Blockin
Users can:
Report other users or content that violates our policies.
Block any user from contacting them.

We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, including warnings, account suspension, or permanent removal.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Alchemy collects only necessary data for functionality and safety. We never sell user data and store it securely. Users can request data deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Meeting in Person
Users should:
Meet in public places.
Inform a trusted friend or family member of meeting plans.
Trust their instincts and leave if they feel unsafe.
Alchemy does not conduct criminal background checks on users and advises caution when meeting anyone from the app.

Alchemy, developed by Alchemy Connect, is committed to the safety and protection of all users, especially in preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). As a social and dating platform designed exclusively for adults, we strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that involves or promotes CSAE in any form.
Our Commitments to Child Safety
We explicitly prohibit all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on the Alchemy app.
No users under the age of 18 are permitted to access or use the Alchemy app.
We have active monitoring and in-app reporting tools that allow users to flag inappropriate content or behavior, including suspected CSAE.
Reported content is reviewed promptly by our team, and violations result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities when required.
We comply fully with all applicable local and international child safety laws and regulations, including obligations under the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
