License to Us. By posting Your Content, you grant Alchemy Connect a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to host, use, and display that Content in connection with operating the Service.
Third‑Party Content. You acknowledge that other users’ Content is their own, and we are not responsible for its accuracy or legality.
Activity Data & Public Profiles
Data We Collect. In addition to profile and usage data, we collect information about videos you watch, courses you take, events you attend, and other in‑App activities.
Profile Display
Your participation history (videos watched, courses completed, events attended) may appear on your public profile by default.
User Control. You can disable activity sharing or edit your watch and participation lists at any time via your profile settings.
License Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless laws prohibit such restrictions or you have our written permission.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use and incorporate them without restriction or compensation to you.
Account Inactivity
We reserve the right to deactivate or delete accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months, with prior notice via email or in-app notification.
Beta Features

Reporting & Enforcement
Users may report violations via the in-app Report feature. Investigations will be conducted and content or accounts may be removed. Suspended users may appeal using the in-app form.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or emotional harm.

Public Profile Information
By creating an account, you understand and agree that certain information you provide—including your name, photos, location (city-level), interests, and profile description—may be visible to other users by default. This information is considered part of your public profile. You may have the option to adjust visibility settings within your account preferences. However, some basic details (such as your name, age, and profile photo) may remain visible to facilitate meaningful connection on the platform. We are not responsible for how other users interact with or interpret your public profile content. Please use discretion when sharing personal information.
